With a passion for leadership and a drive for excellence, Katherine proudly steps into the role of Managing Owner at Royal LePage Binder Real Estate. She brings with her a strong background in real estate leadership and community advocacy. In 2023 and 2024, she served as a Director for the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, where she also chaired the Public Relations Committee, leading initiatives that enhanced the visibility and impact of the organization. Katherine is dedicated to building on the company’s strong foundation while driving innovation, growth, and client satisfaction.
Before transitioning to real estate, Katherine spent nearly 15 years in the Agri-Business sector, excelling in Corporate Sales and Marketing. Her work focused on training, building brand recognition, and driving market share growth across Canada. This experience honed her skills in strategy, communication, and relationship building, which she now brings to her real estate career.
Outside of work, Katherine values an active lifestyle, spending time with her two daughters. Fluent in both English and French, she brings a dynamic skill set to every endeavor.
